Native Australian Suzanne grew up surrounded by a family of designers.  After achieving her Masters she studied under one of Sydney’s foremost designers, Barry Burns.  Her passion for Art, Furniture and Textiles led her to her travels around the world exploring and creating window displays a long the way.  She ended up staying in San Francisco doing window display, set design and residential/commercial Interior Design.


Suzanne’s daughter, Jennifer moved to San Diego and received her Business Degree at USD.  11 years ago, Suzanne followed and took over WDI Design. Jennifer realized she too had a passion for design. She went back to school to get her design degree, while working in the textile and furniture industry.  Much to her delight, to follow in her family’s footsteps, she joined her mother in 2003.
